Post Frank Adam: Segel in Flammen
I've had this book on my shelf for a while and I decided it was time I attempted it. As you can see by the title, it's in German. The last time I read a book in German was for my college German literature class (about 20 years ago  ).

I've read the beginning part of the first chapter. As Mil likes to say, there's already been a bit of bang-shoot just in those few pages. The hardest thing, I find, is learning the AoS terms in German.

Word for the day: Bugwelle (f.) - bow wave

.....that's very brave of you. You'll have to report back as to what it's like...pretty please.

I'm afraid you'll have to wait a bit. It's going to take me a long time to finish it at the pace I'm going.

Hi Manuel,

No, I haven't finished the book yet. It will take me quite a while since I have to look up all of the nautical terms. So, far I'm doing okay. :) If I get stuck I will definitely ask you to help!
